Here’s the presentation speech made to Thea Streng, the departing school director from OBS Klavertje Vier, Houten, the Netherlands.

Judging from the photo, she seems to quite like her new smile device.

Fingers by Nik Ramage

Laikingland are collaborating with Artist Nik Ramage to batch produce his Fingers machine in a limited edition series.

The “eternally” tapping fingers will be switch operated in order to save the observers sanity.

Here is a short film of the prototype Fingers that we will be showcasing at 100% Design London in September.

The Fingers will be available later in the year in 3 colours, Putty White, Masking Tape and Light Blue.

Magnet Mobile

Here is a prototype of Ivan Black's rectangular mobile. This is one of three that we are developing with Ivan and will be launched at 100% Design London in September.

Above you can see Nick checking final measurements. The near frictionless mechanism means that the Mobiles can be activated by an observer with a simple light blow.
